These photos are from Aug. 12, 2019. Visibility was about 10-15' in the shallows and below 30' deep, it gradually improved to about 40-50'. The depths around 40-50' deep were full of large clouds of mysid shrimp that almost completely blocked the view. I remember diving here one Summer a few years ago and the same clouds of shrimp were in the same area here. I visited the wolfeel den (obscured by clouds of the shrimp), but I didn't see anyone home.
I dropped down over the edge of the wall to have a look at the sponges. I briefly went down to 150' deep, which is deeper than I've been here before. I noticed a ledge below me at about 155' deep that was covered with broken-off pieces of cloud sponge. They mostly looked fresh (white/pale yellow, instead of grey/brown). I don't know if they were freshly broken off or if the pieces had fallen from the wall and survived and continued growing. I tried to take some photos of this ledge, but for some reason my camera strobe didn't work at this depth. When I went back up to a more reasonable depth (above 130' or so) it started working again.
Swimming up around the top of the wall:
I had to spend about 20 minutes around 15' deep to get rid of all the nitrogen:
