This was the second dive of the day on Sept. 20, 2025. The dive is a current-swept wall at the tip of a small island at the North-East corner of the Pearse group.
We descended down to the wall. Visibility was around 50'. This wall seemed to be mostly white from the coating of large and small plumose anemones, although there were some patches of all the other North Island colourful invertebrates like crimson anemones, soft corals, hydrocorals, etc. My maximum depth was 91' at what seemed to be the bottom of the wall.
