Playa Hulu is a tiny, hard-to-access beach down the coast from Westpunt. I don't think there is anything special about this particular beach diving-wise. I assume the beach is just used as a landmark to give the site a name. Of course since this is the tropics the boat charter had the usual tropical rules. We had to stay as a guided group, no deeper than 60' and the first person that gets to 1000 psi ends the dive for the group. I was later scolded for descending before the rest of the group, but I seemed to get away with violating the depth limit. I recklessly went down to about 70', but maybe the tour guide didn't notice the extra 10'.
