I came here as a second dive (after Steep Island) on the Ocean Guardian dive boat on March 4, 2023. Visibility was great again, maybe 80'. The bottom was a gently-sloping field of solid rock, small ledges and boulders. I went down to 90' deep. Below about 60' deep or so, the bottom was covered with all the usual Discovery Pass invertebrates. I was impressed by the variety of sponges. Of course strawberry anemones were everywhere.
I think that this was yet another great Discovery Pass dive site. It's also know for wolf eels. I didn't see any, but some of he other divers did (as well as octopus). The topography here isn't as steep and dramatic as some of the other local sites, but the bottom is covered with all the same colourful life.
